Chicken Legs

Our Chicken Legs come with a sachet of delicious seasoning rub. Season to taste using the rub or salt & pepper before cooking.

To roast:

  • Preheat oven to 220°C/ 430°F/Gas 8.
  • Season with the rub, or with salt & pepper, and place in a baking tray.
  • Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
  • Check that the juices run clear before serving.
  • If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature needs to be at least 72°C.

To barbecue:

  • Prepare your barbecue ready for cooking.
  • Season the legs with the rub, or with salt & pepper.
  • Grill for approximately 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Check that the juices run clear before serving.
  • If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature needs to be at least 72°C.
