Our Chicken Wings come with a sachet of delicious seasoning rub. Season to taste using the rub or salt & pepper before cooking.
To roast:
- Preheat oven to 220°C/ 430°F/Gas 8.
- Season with the rub, or with salt & pepper, and place in a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until brown & crispy.
- Check that the juices run clear before serving.
- If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature needs to be at least 72°C.
To barbecue:
- Prepare your barbecue ready for cooking.
- Season the wings with the rub, or with salt & pepper.
- Grill for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until brown & crispy.
- Check that the juices run clear before serving.
- If you have a meat thermometer, the internal temperature needs to be at least 72°C.
